RETURN POLICY

We hope you LOVE your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the items within 7 days of delivery with original tags attached. No returns on washed, worn or altered items. Items may only be returned for store credit.

*Brighton items are eligible for money back.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM: 

- A return request must be submitted through our Return Portal located at the bottom of our website within 7 days of receiving package.
- Packing slip with return information must be filled out and enclosed with returned merchandise.
- All items must be in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer and are non-refundable.
- We recommend using USPS, UPS or FedEX with a tracking number. We are not responsible for packages that are lost in-transit while being returned.
- All items will be inspected and processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive an email with your issued store credit.
    BRIGHTON MERCHANDISE:
    Brighton purchases through our website qualify for free return shipping. You will receive an email with a pre-paid shipping label. If returning one or more items purchased as part of a promotional offer, you must also return the promotional item. If promotional item is not returned, retail value will be deducted.

    ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

    - Candles, bath and body products, lingerie, hats, fragrances, gift cards, seasonal decor, furs and special occasion accessories
    - Final Sale items
    - Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
    - Promotional items for retail value

     

    SHOE RETURNS:
    Shoes must be returned unworn in original box and placed in an additional package for shipment. Do not add tape, shipping label or any other markings to the original shoe box.

     

    DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: 
    Our merchandise is fully inspected before it leaves our warehouse, however please let us know if you receive an item that is damaged in transit. All claims must be submitted 2 DAYS from the day you receive your package. You can send a claim to sales@shopsylvias.com.


    EXCHANGE POLICY
    Do you love your item but need a different size or color? We are more than happy to exchange an item for you as long as that item is still in stock. We encourage you to contact us immediately to check availability. You can email us at sales@shopsylvias.com.
